Cdr. Mukund Joglekar (Retd)

Cdr. Mukund Joglekar (Retd) realized his passion and aptitude for training while he served in the Indian Navy. He began his career as a helicopter pilot and later switched over to Logistics functions. He did specialization in Logistics Management. His experience
includes Materials Management and Human Resource Management. He has authored five professional books which added value to quality of training and operations.
He was a Senior Instructor (Management Studies) at the Navy's Management faculty for Officers. He took premature retirement to pursue his interest in Learning and Development.

Mukund has been a facilitator since 2006. He has undergone Basic and Advance Lab in Human Process conducted by ISABS. He is well experienced and effective facilitator, who has conducted over 200 programs covering various types of Industries and a variety of participants. His main focus has been on 'Team Building' and 'Leadership'

utilizing Out Bound Environment. His friendly approach, sense of empathy, passion in training and ability to connect
quickly enables participants to engage in the process of learning without any inhibitions. His natural instinct to
watch human psyche, adds to his skill of facilitation.
Bringing participants closer to their 'Inner Self' is his primary focus.
